Iberian 50% Iberian Breed Deboned Acorn-fed Ham

From any of our Hams, we offer the possibility of presenting it deboned and divided into the 3 natural parts of the Ham:

Maza, Babilla, and Punta

With this presentation, we can enjoy our whole Ham but with the possibility of consuming it over a longer period of time without the concern of it drying out too much. As each piece is vacuum-sealed, we can store it in a dry and cool place, avoiding taking up too much space in our kitchen.

We also include pre-cut knuckle for use in the preparation of stews, soups, and any other local broth.

In the production of all our Hams, only sea salt is used.
