Their pigs spend the first stage of their life on their farm, feeding on natural cereals made in their facilities until they reach a weight of between 40 and 50kg, when they access the meadows.

There, they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of this selection of cereals in addition to grasses, tubers, roots, and acorns, reaching 90/100kg in early October (when the montanera begins), at which point the acorns fall and they feed exclusively on them until reaching an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage. This is essential to maintain the Iberian breed and be able to call it acorn-fed Iberian.

These Iberian hams, due to the breed that characterizes them and their exquisite diet, present a long and stylized hoof with a golden and fluid fat on the outside, while on the inside it shows a pink and melting appearance that floods the mouth with intense and prolonged nuances.
