A unique and almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless, dark-colored pigs with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage in the front part of the neck).

These 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulders are fully certified by accredited certifying entities according to the Iberian Standard set out in Royal Decree 4/2014.
