Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows of Salamanca, and fed with 100% natural products, its curing in the shade of our Salamanca meadows provides it with a unique quality and exclusivity. A perfect pairing for everyday consumption that contains the right level of fat for a healthy diet and provides the necessary vitamins and minerals to face our routine.
