100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed
A unique and almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless (smooth), dark-colored pigs, with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage in the front part of the neck).

Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham JUAN PEDRO DOMECQ presented in elegant packaging, hand-cut with a knife, and vacuum sealed.
These are 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Hams fully certified by accredited certifying entities according to the Iberian Standard set out in Royal Decree 4/2014.
