Velita Ibérica Roja Guijuelo (Salamanca) is a natural product made from the meat of our Iberian pigs, raised and fed on acorns and natural pastures in the Dehesa, once selected the best meat of the Iberian pig and prepared to be stuffed. Selected lean meat to create a texture with great aroma and flavour.
