Ice cider is made from the fermentation of the apple essence. It is the noblest part of the apple and leaves 140g/l of the fruit's own natural sugars

It is made in the Viuda de Angelón winery from the must of 100% Asturian apples. All of them are native Asturian varieties and come from the winery's own orchards

This cider is inspired by Canadian ice-ciders, which are ciders that are made from apples that have been harvested in a frozen state

Alcohol 11.5%

It is recommended to be served at 7 or 8 degrees.

Ideal with cheeses from Asturias, and perfect for after-dinner drinks. It goes very well with cakes and desserts that are not very sweet, for example with bitter cocoa or orange.
