Variety: Macabeo 100% Tasting notes: late harvest wine from the high and cold lands of our high altitude vineyards. Pale yellow colour with greenish hues, mainly characterized by its intense tropical aroma and exotic fruits. Concentrated, with a refreshing sweetness and delicate acidity, a friendly, smooth and very pleasant wine to drink. Matching: Excellent with fish, cheeses, pates, seafood and an endless list of desserts. Temperature: 6 - 8º C
