Made with honey and apple juice, dark amber color of the oxidation of the apple. Slightly carbonated thanks to the last fermentation in the bottle.

Idun is a 100% natural mead, with an excellent balance between the sweetness of honey and apple acidity. Pasteurized, unfiltered, unclarified and without added sulfites
