Tasting Note

Green color due to its high chlorophyll content, with notes and nuances of a great early harvest oil. It offers a perfect balance with different nuances, small bitter and spicy touches that provide a power of aromas and flavors with a great fruity intensity (aroma of freshly cut grass, tomato, fig, almond...). This makes them unique and unbeatable in their organoleptic properties.
