Elaboration
Jameson Whiskey is made with 3 ingredients: barley, corn, and pure Irish water. It undergoes a 3 distillation process, just like it was done over 100 years ago.
The barley undergoes 3 malting processes: soaking the barley in Irish water for several days. During germination, the barley grows until it has produced the necessary enzymes for harvesting. And finally, for this whisky, the barley is baked and dried with hot and clean air.
This whisky is distilled in copper stills after fermentation and then aged in 3 different barrels: sherry casks, bourbon barrels, and port pipes.
