The history of DON ULPIANO dates back to two decades ago, when, after following an extensive family history, respecting many of the traditional methods of yesteryear and combining them with the modernization of current production systems, they managed to specialize in the production of a wide variety of Iberian products. In honor of this family history, they bear the name of the family's grandfather, "Don Ulpiano".

Located in the province of Salamanca, cradle of the Iberian ham, their work begins in our livestock farm. In an extensive system of vast meadows, the pigs move freely, feeding on pasture and cereals under strict sanitary control.
