Javier Sanz Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc white wine, more fruity, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, grilled fish or cold dishes.

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.

Characteristic varietal aromas such as lime and white flowers. It also shows notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and passion fruit.

On the palate, it shows acidity that enhances the sensation of freshness and accentuates its tropical flavors. Medium-bodied, it is fresh. It leaves a pleasant floral and mineral aftertaste on the palate.
