Javier Sanz Sauvignon Blanc is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc single varietal white wine, fruitier, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, grilled fish or cold dishes

The grapes are harvested mechanically during the night and, at their optimum ripeness, are integrated with a destemmer. The winemaking process is meticulous, using cryomaceration and clarifying the must by gravity for a day. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature below 15ºC in stainless steel tanks. A slow fermentation is carried out to preserve the aromas as much as possible, followed by aging on fine lees for 2 months

Characteristic varietal aromas such as lime and white flowers. It also shows notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and passion fruit.

On the palate, it shows an acidity that increases the sensation of freshness and accentuates its tropical flavors. Medium-bodied, it is fresh. It leaves a pleasant floral and mineral aftertaste on the palate
