More information

Jermann Where Dreams is a white wine made from chardonnay by the Jermann Winery in the Venezia Giuglia IGT appellation.

"This wine, dedicated to the album 'The Joshua Tree' by U2 released in 1987, specifically to the song 'Where the streets have no name', was made with grapes harvested in 1987. Over the years, its name underwent some variations. For its first nine years, it was known as 'Where the Dreams have no end...', and the colour of the capsule varied with each vintage, following the seven colours of the label's iris, starting with white and moving counter-clockwise. The four phases of the moon were also reflected.

Finally, in 2015, they went back to the first edition, calling it again 'Where Dreams have no end...'. Since the 2011 vintage, which marked the 25th anniversary of this wine, screwcapping has been adopted as the sealing method. This choice was considered mandatory, as the screw cap guarantees the preservation of quality, especially in wines of importance, which is carefully cultivated day after day, first in the vineyard and then in the cellar.

Tasting Notes of Jermann Where Dreams

The wine made from Chardonnay grapes presents itself with a bright straw yellow colour.

In its bouquet, it offers an attractive complexity with notes of great elegance and refinement, highlighting exotic nuances of ripe fruits, melted butter, vanilla and pastry.

On the palate, it fulfils all the promises suggested by its aroma, enhancing them with smooth, persistent, fresh and nuanced aromatic flavours.
