Production and Aging
Ketel One Vodka is made from small batches, offering an exceptional experience. The process begins with the careful selection of the finest European wheat, which provides smoothness, purity, and neutrality. The high starch content of the wheat makes it ideal for the production of Ketel One Vodka. Once harvested, it is ground and mixed with water to form a mash, which is then left to ferment. After fermentation, the mash goes through the column distillation process. A portion is then re-distilled in copper stills. During this distillation process, the heads and tails are discarded, leaving only the hearts (the purest part of the alcohol), which are individually filtered.
The final product is Ketel One Vodka, the perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern distillation techniques. Finally, Ketel One Vodka is tested by a member of the Nolet family for approval and then bottled.
