La Poda Albariño 2022

Albariño pruning  is a white wine of the D.O. Rías BAÍXAS by Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. No breeding is done, as the most Atlantic and pure expression of the variety is sought.

Vineyards located in the subarea of Salnés, where the Albariño variety is shown with all its personality. This sub-area is close to the coastal area, next to the Arosa estuary and the Atlantic Ocean. This Atlantic influence marks the character of the wines made in the Salnés

Tasting note of Albariño pruning

Albariño pruning is a lemon-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Citrus fruits with memories of bone fruit. In the mouth it is fresh, juicy, fluid and saline.
