100% sheep's milk cheese inspired by the traditional feta cheese recipe, but with the peculiarities that our milk provides; denser, aromatic, and fragrant. It is a firm and compact cheese that lacks a rind and crumbles easily with hands.

With a marked acidity, it is the perfect cheese for salads, providing that intense and fresh touch, while blending with the dressing and enveloping all the ingredients. Sensational with vegetables with EVOO, spinach or even in preparations that require oven, creating a very subtle crispy outer layer.
