Lacón salted in pieces (750 grs.)

One of the perfect condiments for stews, broths or the typical Galician dish of 'lacón con grelos'. If you want to season the dish with the best turnip greens from Galicia, you can find them in our section of village flavors of Manolo GourMeat.

They are our own pieces treated and salted naturally in our facilities. Without preservatives or colorings, only with salt and natural fat, for its correct conservation.

In this case we send you two pieces of ham cut with an intermediate thickness of about 1.5 - 2 cm. You will only have to desalinate it in water from the day before so that it is ready to pour into the stew pot
