Ageing: 15 months in barrel.




Tasting:
Cherry cherry color, still retains its youth.
The nose clearly shows dark fruit, black berries, fruit compote with mineral nuances of graphite, pedregal.
Deep step, dense but with acidity still alive.







Ideal with big game dishes, red meat, roasts and cured cheeses.

Best consumed between 15 and 16ºC.
