Lamb seasoning

This seasoning is composed of: thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper

It is a mixture of powdered spices for the preparation of lamb, kid or other game animals, either stewed, roasted or even grilled or staked

Add between 1 and 2 tablespoon of the preparation in a cup along with olive oil or if you prefer water and stir until well dissolved, paint all the chicken with the mixture.
