Leirana Areas de Arra is a white wine made from Albariño in the Rías Baixas DO by the Bodega Forjas de Salnés winery.

The grapes grow just under 100 metres from the sea on a fine sandy soil. Fifteen percent of the vines were replanted 20 years ago. The destemmed grapes macerate in the press for three hours before they do their work. The aromatic must migrates to a new 1500 litre François Frères barrel for spontaneous fermentation.
