Libalis Semidulce is a white wine from Rioja D.O.Ca. Rioja made by Bodegas Maetierra with Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Viuda and Malvasía.
Cold maceration for 6 hours with the skins, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC, stopped by cooling to 0ºC so that fermentation is incomplete and sugars remain unfermented, resulting in a natural semi-sweet wine.
