Belgian beer, with 3.5% alcohol, spontaneously fermented.

It has an intense red color with long-lasting pink velvet foam.

It is made from lambic of at least one year where red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and freshly harvested strawberries are macerated. This blend results in a complex aroma of strawberry with an acidic sensation that is captivating, delicate, refreshing, and balanced between sweet and sour on the palate.
