Loin of Orza 500g

Lomo de orza (also known as lomo en orza) is a traditional food from the northeastern part of Andalusia, i.e. Córdoba, Jaén and Linares. It used to be prepared in rural areas during the slaughtering season, although now, having become popular, it is consumed at any time of the year. It has also spread to other areas outside Andalusia

Basically it consists of pork loin preserved in extra virgin olive oil, a natural preservative
