Without losing the vivid color tone of the Tempranillo variety, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon adds an exotic touch. The cool, sandy soils where the Cabernet grape sits produce silkiness and acidity that marry perfectly with the indigenous character of the stones in the soil of our Tempranillo.

Aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon include black plum and a hint of ripe red bell pepper, peeking through currant and cherry. A slight taste of cocoa with milk shows that the barrel aging achieves a fundamental volume in the mouth in a wine with an easy, cheerful and light passage that, without a doubt, invites a second sip.
