Lost Toys & Guineu Sour Fantasy Ginger & Lime 37.5cl

Lost Toys, together with Cervesa Guineu, have created this series of beers starting from spontaneous fermentations with local grapes from Guineu and then leaving them in oak barrels for 24 months. They have added different ingredients (in this case ginger and lime peels), spices, brettanomyces, lots of love, and more patience. They are at their peak after one year in the bottle and still have a potential for aging in the bottle for several years:

• Beer with a golden yellow color, with a fine and light foam.
• Complex, fruity, spicy, acidic, and refreshing aromas.
• Refreshing and slightly bitter in taste.
• Pairs well with: it can accompany you during a good meal, especially with rice, pasta, grilled fish, or white meat.
