Lost Toys together with Cervesa Guineu have created this series of beers starting from spontaneous fermentations with local Guineu grapes to which they have given a lysergic journey in barrels, they have added fruits (in this case mango), spices, brettanomyces, a lot of love and more patience. They are at their peak after a year in the bottle and still have a potential for aging in the bottle for several years. - Beer with a golden yellow color, with a fine and light foam. - Complex aroma in which the sour apple, white grape, and wood notes stand out. - In the taste, a balanced acidic profile is appreciated with apple notes and memories of white grape. The wood notes from the barrel conditioning are also present. In the end, it finishes with a dry taste reminiscent of white wine. - It pairs well with: it can accompany you during a good meal, especially with rice, pasta, grilled fish, or white meat.
