Elaboration and aging
Luberri Biga Crianza is a single varietal of Tempranillo (100%). The harvest is carried out according to the ripening state of the grapes, seeking the precise moment. As for the elaboration, it is carried out following the traditional method. The process begins with a carbonic maceration in which the clusters are introduced whole into the tanks.
After this maceration, the must undergoes an intracellular fermentation that enhances the aromatic intensity of the variety, and then it is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
