Straw yellow in color, the nose is subtle and elegant with fine notes of chamomile and light aniseed touches reminiscent of fennel. As the wine opens up, light vegetal notes of boxwood and nettles appear, adding freshness to the whole. The palate is direct and sinewy. The aging on the lees gives the wine volume, and a creamy character well balanced by a magnificent acidity
