The Vino Tinto Lunático from Bodega Casa de la Ermita (Jumilla, Murcia) presents this red wine from the Jumilla D.O., made from 100% Monastrell grape varieties. It is fresh on the outside and balsamic on the inside.
Winemaking: Manual grape harvesting and selection of bunches in the field and later in the winery. Cold pre-fermentation maceration in stainless steel tanks for 5 days to extract the grape's own aromas. Aging for 12 months in 225-liter French oak barrels. No clarification or cold stabilization treatment is done.
Recommended serving temperature: Between 15 and 16ºC.
