Pastora is a long-aged biological manzanilla. It has its roots in the soleras of Solear, from where it occupies a very specific space in the Las Pastoras cellar, with a clear orientation towards the river, right on the embankment that divides the upper and lower neighborhoods of Sanlúcar.

Sight: Dorado limpio y brillante.

Mouth: Compleja y elegante, notas salinas y final muy largo.

Nose: Punzante, con recuerdos de levaduras, notas salinas, frutos secos, infusión de camomila.
