Production
Gin Mare is obtained through batch distillation, using a single Florentine still, in which the botanicals are individually distilled and then blended together. The botanicals used are the classics, to which thyme, basil, rosemary, and arbequina olives are added, clearly Mediterranean products that give it its special characteristics.

It is recommended to combine Gin Mare with a touch of thyme, lime, premium tonic water (such as Fever Tree Mediterranean), and plenty of ice, as it is a gin that contains uncommon botanicals like thyme, basil, and rosemary, to enhance its flavor.
