Marqués de riscal Verdejo is made 100% with this variety complemented by a small percentage of Viura. Cold Macera with stemmed grape and low temperature. Long fermentation leaving it to stand before bottling at the end of February.It is an elegant white wine, fresh and very nice.

Tasting note by Marqués de Riscal Verdejo 

Marqués de riscal Verdejo  is pale straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and steely edging. Very clean and very bright.

The nose has a high aromatic intensity, with aromas of both tropical fruits and notes of fennel and fresh herb.

In the mouth it is refreshing at the same time as unctuous with a slightly bitter end of the variety resulting from a long and pleasant drink. As a whole it is shown as a fresh and balanced wine.
