The Red Wine Martín Berasategui Cristóforo Tempranillo Joven is made with the grape variety, Tempranillo from selected vineyards in Rioja, with an alcoholic fermentation that is done at a controlled temperature of 28º C followed by a maceration that lasts approximately 15 days.
