Gem & Bolt is a Mexican alcoholic beverage made from agave, a plant commonly used to make tequila.

To the agave is added damiana, a traditional plant, also Mexican, which grows in the lands of Oaxaca.

The drink was the idea of two friends who wanted to take upan ancient legend according to which lightning once struck the heart of an agave, also called gema, causing a chemical reaction in it, toasting the plant and instantly fermenting the sugar it contains.

The bottle,completely white, bears the logo of a diamond and a lightning bolt, symbol of this Mexican legend.
