Mini-Pears with brandy

They mini-pears with brandy, gluttony exceptional. They Saint John's pears are small pears that mature at the end of June and do not keep for long, that's why traditionally they were kept in brandy. The mini pears are soaked in a light syrup flavored with brandy. It is a sweet and fragrant product with only 4.5% alcohol.

Mini pears with brandy can be enjoyed as a sweet digestif at the end of a meal. They can be used in a cocktail, or with a cookie or ice cream
