A soft and frank cheese, between sweet and lactic, buttery, which melts on the palate. Tender and semi-cured cheese, made from whole pasteurized cow's milk. Natural rind, brushed or cleaned and straw-yellow in colour.
It comes vacuum packed for better transport and conservation
