Monin Puree Jabuticaba is a Puree made by Monin in France with natural flavourings, vegan, lactose-free, GMO-free and allergen-free.

Jabuticaba, the first fruit in the Le Fruit MONIN range, is distinguished from the others by growing on the trunk instead of on stems. Native to south-eastern Brazil, this fruit is 3 to 4 cm in diameter and has a purplish-blue colour. Its flesh is white and gelatinous, with a gourmet grape-like taste and woody notes. Due to its similarity to the grape, it is known as the "Brazilian vine". Its originality and versatility make it a unique option to add an exotic touch to classics or as a source of inspiration in new culinary creations.
