The Iberian morcón de bellota is made with prey from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs cut by knife and other top quality lean meat, stuffed by hand in natural blind casing. Made in the traditional way with the typical recipe of the old traditional slaughter of the villages of southern Extremadura.
