Its aroma is intense fruity of green olive, with great complexity and harmony, with fruity notes of apple and banana, highlighting the intensity of green almond, as well as freshly cut grass.

Its taste is very sweet, characteristic of the picuda variety, with hints of almond and herbaceous notes of green wheat in the front part of the mouth.

As it moves to the back part, the taste of green banana and artichoke is perceived, the bitterness is almost imperceptible, and with a very mild final spiciness.
