Its aroma is intense fruity of green olive, with great complexity and harmony, with fruity notes of apple and banana, highlighting the intensity of green almond, as well as freshly cut grass.

Its entry into the mouth is very sweet, characteristic of the picuda variety, appreciating the almond and herbaceous notes of green wheat in the front part.

As it passes to the back part, green banana and artichoke are perceived, the bitterness is almost imperceptible and with a very light final spiciness.
