Sierra de Viento Moscatel de Alejandría Late Harvest. Limited edition 6.000 bottles _x0096_ Gran Bacchus de Oro 2015.

Tasting notes: this overripe grape gives us as a result an amber muscatel with dark topaz reflections. It exhibits in all its splendor the fruity and floral aromas, even spicy. In the mouth it is very balanced, tasty, glyceric and the sugars appear framed in a fine acidity.
Serving Temperature: 5º _x0096_ 6º C




Food Pairing: Traditionally with desserts, cakes, ice cream, ideal with puff pastries, almond cake and biscuits. Also with roasted nuts and for the more daring with foie.
