Natural pistachio and peanut cream - 250g

We present the natural pistachio (50%) and peanut (50%) cream. This cream has the texture of a mousse, very different from anything else on the market. The pistachios come from the area of Ciudad Real (Castilla la-Mancha) from the Kerman variety. To elaborate it, it is passed 5 times through the mill to get a perfect texture.
