Pairing: It is recommended to taste as you please. It can be used to spread on a cracker or in a sandwich, in rice, or even for deluxe croquettes, also ideal in fillings, accompanying fish and even in scrambled eggs.
We recommend it in Made in Spain Gourmet, of course, with a good white wine, Penedés, Verdejo, Alvariño, or why not a Premium cava, a vermouth or a frizzante like La Mundial. It can be used with sushi, on skewers, in salads, and even with pasta.
