Rosa Lafuente is a differential brand of Paco Lafuente. The preserves maintain the centenary know-how, the traditional way of elaboration and are packed by hand without adding any chemical products. The highest quality raw materials come from the Arousa estuary and the coast of Galicia.

The natural razor clams come from the north of Galicia, from the so-called high estuaries in the area of Cape Finisterre which gives them their characteristic texture and exquisite flavour.
