The Nelet lemon liqueur cream is made with the best lemons from the Valencian countryside which are selected and harvested manually in one of the oldest fields of Vila-real in Castelló de la plana. All this, together with a first quality dairy base, makes our handmade liqueur keep all the flavor of the Valencian lemons and citrus fruits with a special touch given mainly by these autochthonous varieties which are known for their exquisite and very high aroma which provides these high quality Valencian liqueurs with a great bouquet as a whole and in them the whole tradition of handmade liqueurs is preserved
