Nik Weis Bockstein Kabinett, as its name suggests, comes from a Mosel vineyard called Bockstein, classified as Grosse Lagen (Grand Cru Vineyard).

Wine produced by the winery St.Urbanshof, considered one of the best wineries in the region and in charge of Nik Weis (third generation of winemakers in the area).

In this case we have Nik Weis Bockstein Kabinett, where all the grapes come from the Grand Cru Bockstein vineyard, where the grapes have reached sufficient maturity to be Kabinett.
