Nik Weis Cuvée Clara Sekt

Nik Weis Cuvée Clara is a German sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It is made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, in which the bottles are shaken by hand, just like champagne. After 20 months on the yeast, the sparkling wine is disgorged, i.e. it is removed from the yeast and marketed with the brut flavour.

Tasting Notes for Nik Weis Cuvée Clara

This sparkling wine has light golden yellow highlights. Silky, fine, the taste is characterised by fine fruit and abundant minerality, accompanied by nuances of freshly baked goods, with a long finish, but still leaving room for the next sip.
