Nikolaihof Grüner Veltliner Federspiel Wachau is a biodynamic white wine produced in Wachau (Austria) with the Grüner Veltliner variety by the Nikolaihof winery.

Nikolaihof is one of the oldest wine estates in Austria. It comes from vines with an average age of 47 years planted on primary rocky soils, organic farming is practised without herbicides, pesticides or any other chemical products. It is vinified in a natural way. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts in Austrian oak vats.

A light white wine with attractive citrus aromas and herbal notes. The palate is dry and elegant. It has a very good acidity and good length.
